Studio 133 Guidelines

Welcome to Studio 133! We're so glad you're here.

Our goal is to provide a clean, beautiful, and inspiring space for every photographer and creative. Please review the following guidelines before your session to help us keep the studio in excellent condition for all guests.

Arrival & Departure

  • Your rental begins and ends at your scheduled booking time.

  • Your reservation includes setup, shooting, cleanup, and packing.

  • Please arrive on time, as we are unable to extend bookings for late arrivals.

  • The studio must be completely vacated by the end of your reservation so the next guest can begin on time.

Studio Access

  • Only the individuals included in your session should be present unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Please keep exterior doors closed when not in use.

  • Do not allow anyone into the studio who is not part of your reservation.

Respect the Space

Please help us keep Studio 133 beautiful for every guest.

  • Return all furniture, props, and décor to their original locations.

  • Lift furniture when moving it—please do not drag it across the floors.

  • Handle all studio furnishings and equipment with care.

  • Place all trash in the provided trash bins before leaving.

  • Leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

Furniture & Props

You're welcome to use the furniture and props provided during your rental.

Please:

  • Use all items with care.

  • Return everything to its original location before leaving.

  • Notify us immediately if anything becomes damaged or broken.

Food & Drinks

  • Food is not permitted in the studio.

  • Drinks are welcome only in spill-proof containers with secure lids.

Children

Children are always welcome.

For everyone's safety:

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Studio 133 is not childproof, and parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of everyone in their group.

Pets

Pets are welcome only with prior approval.

If approved:

  • Pets must remain under control at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Any damage caused by a pet is the responsibility of the renter.

Decorations & Special Setups

To protect the studio, the following are not permitted without prior approval:

  • Glitter

  • Confetti

  • Cake smashes

  • Paint

  • Body oils

  • Smoke bombs

  • Open flames or candles

  • Fog or haze machines

  • Nails, screws, staples, thumbtacks, or anything that damages walls

  • Permanent adhesives or tape that may damage surfaces

If you're planning a styled session or unique setup, please contact us beforehand.

Cleanliness

Please help us prepare the studio for the next guest.

Before leaving:

  • Remove all personal belongings.

  • Dispose of trash.

  • Wipe up any spills.

  • Return furniture and props to their original locations.

  • Ensure the studio is left clean and tidy.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

Damage

The renter is responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, props, equipment, or décor beyond normal wear and tear.

Please report any accidental damage before leaving so we can address it promptly.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the studio.

Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol is not permitted.

Noise

Please be respectful of neighboring businesses by keeping music and noise at a reasonable level.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
